Epic Minds LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy when you use the Llamas Toolkit Google Add-on. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle the information and data processed through our tool.
1. Information Collection and Use
Llamas Toolkit is a Google Add-on that facilitates the management of assignments and pages within Canvas LMS through a Google Sheets interface. Epic Minds LLC does not collect, read, store, or modify any of the data inputted or generated through the use of the Add-on.
All data, including assignment details (titles, descriptions, points, due dates) and sensitive information such as the Canvas API token, is processed and stored exclusively in the user’s Google Sheets and Canvas LMS. We do not have access to this data at any point.
2. Canvas API Token
To connect the Llamas Toolkit with your instance of Canvas LMS, the Add-on requires a Canvas API token. This token is provided by the user during the setup process and is stored solely in the user’s Google Sheets environment. Epic Minds LLC does not have access to or store this token, and it is used solely for authenticating your connection between Google Sheets and Canvas LMS.
3. Data Security
As all data processed by the Llamas Toolkit is stored in your Google Sheets, your information is protected by Google’s privacy and security practices. We encourage users to review Google’s Privacy Policy for further information about how your data is handled within Google Sheets.
4. Third-Party Services
The Llamas Toolkit integrates directly with Canvas LMS, but it does not transmit any data to external servers or third-party services. All communication between the Add-on and Canvas LMS happens through secure API requests that are initiated and managed entirely within the user’s Google Sheets.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated Effective Date. We encourage users to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
